2. Factors such as inclement weather, holidays, or festive seasons, including Janmashtami, Diwali, and Holi, may extend shipping times. 
3. Our dedicated team ensures meticulous packaging, entrusting your order to an appropriate courier service for expedited delivery. 
4. Delivery timelines vary, with orders expected to reach metro cities within 3-7 business days and other locations within 4-8 business days. 
5. For prepaid orders below ₹ 599, a fixed shipping fee of ₹ 79 applies, while orders exceeding ₹ 600 enjoy free shipping. 
6. COD orders incur a fixed shipping charge of ₹ 129 rupees for orders below ₹ 599 and ₹ 79 for orders above ₹ 600. 
7. In the event of order cancellation, loss, or non-delivery to your specified location, we guarantee a full refund, encompassing shipping charges. 
8. Please note that returned orders do not qualify for a refund of the original shipping charges. 
9. To ensure timely delivery, accuracy in provided shipping details, including the shipping address and phone number, is crucial. Additionally, providing landmark details aids in smoother deliveries. 
10. We emphasise that customers refrain from accepting packages that show signs of tampering, prioritising the integrity of your order and shopping experience.
