Dear valued Bhakti Van Customer, we extend our sincere gratitude for choosing our services. To ensure a transparent and satisfactory shopping experience, we have meticulously crafted a comprehensive Return and Refund Policy. Please adhere to the following Guidelines
  1. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the parcel. 
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  4. We entertain return requests solely in the case of a defective product or a significant deviation from the ordered specifications. 
  5. Video documentation is mandatory during the product reception, serving as validation for any observed defects or disparities. 
  6. Allow a processing window of up to 10 days for the thorough assessment of return requests.
  7. Pickup attempts will be made twice at your doorstep, and in case of failure, kindly dispatch the product to our designated address, which is House no.25, Gaudholi Puram, Vrindavan (281121) , at your earliest convenience. 
  8. Refunds will be processed in the form of Money, through Bank transfer only. For which, Customer need to provide their Name, Account no., IFSC code and Bank name.
  9. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  10. To initiate a return, contact us via email at contact@bhaktivan.com, attaching the necessary video and photographic evidence of the product, and articulating the rationale behind the return. 
  11. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping charges, contingent upon their geographical location. 
  12. Products valued at less than 149 rupees are ineligible for returns and refunds. 
  13. Shipping and Cash-on-Delivery charges are non-refundable
  14. In the case of product exchange, customers are obligated to remit additional shipping charges based on their geographic location. 
  15. Once a product has undergone the exchange process, further alterations such as subsequent exchanges or refunds are rendered inapplicable to the specific order. 
  16. Cancellations are exclusively permissible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
  17. And in case of cancellations the customer is subject to get a full refund.
